Monique van de Ven is a very famous actress from The Netherlands. She started her career in this movie, 'Turkish delight', directed by Paul Verhoeven. Verhoeven later went to the States to make it there and made movies like Robocop, Basic Instinct, Hollow Man and more... 'Turkish delight' was nominatied for an oscar and later voted by the Dutch as Best Dutch Movie of the 20th century. It's now over 35 years later and Monique van de Ven is starting her career as a director. The below clip os one of my all time favorites.
